The story thus far...

Ten thousand years ago, the Starlight Elemental exploded and divided Herself into four Elementals; the Earth Elemental, the Water Elemental, the Fire Elemental, and Air Elemental. When nature required a more of the Elemental than simply their existence, the Elementals themselves exploded into thousands of sparks. The sparks learned of the world and became the Faeries.

The faeries lived in harmony and joy with the world of nature and Man until one ill-fated day. Out of a misunderstanding between Man and Fae, a terrible War was born, a war that ravaged the world of both Man and Fae. Though humans suffered dearly in the conflict, the faeries were all but decimated.

In fear for their very existence, peace-loving faeries withdrew behind the veil of Twilight, not to be seen by Man for thousands of years. Battle-hungry royal fae hid behind the Evening Sun. Faeries drained of life remained skulking in the shadows of the world. Where there was one race of Faeries, now there were three.
