Fan Message

Hello,

My name is Kristine, and I’ve recently become a returning fan/subscriber to Time of the Faeries. I first found out about this site and its work when I had nonchalantly skimmed and browsed through Myspace and its faces; when I came across a beautifully astonishing picture that caught my eye and reeled me in like an insect lured to the bluish glow of a bug-zapper light. Beautiful and astonishing could  not justly describe her; a girl in casual-urban clothing with flowing ethereal wings that emitted from her very self. Though the photo was clearly edited, upon first glance the very image itself made these wings look as if it were natural that they were to ascend from her body. I’m not sure of the name of the girl, but her Myspace name ends with shinya to its URL. I think I was about sixteen years old when a link on her page lead me to this website. I searched the site to see more of those like her, and have become deeply in love and entranced by your work. My personal favorite are the faeries within your galleries (particularly the raver faes), because ever since I was a little girl, beings with
translucent silk wings have never ceased to captivate me. Now, I am nineteen years old to day, an English major, and an appreciator to art. I’d simply like to express the on-going impression your work gives me, and that I hope you continue personifying the imagination of this young girl in heart (and mind) by granting wings to beautiful human beings.
Humbly, and sincerely,
Kristine Cruz
