2009 NY Comic Con – Set Up!

Joseph Corsentino is setting up at NY Comic Con 2009!  Check out the booth.  This year, Time of the Faeries is attending NY Comic Con for the first time ever and sharing a booth with amazing artist Scott Grimando.  As usual, Joseph is bringing some gorgeous new art, and some old fan favorites. 

If you are in the New York area, I highly recommend that you go!  San Diego Comic Con is a classic on the West Coast, but it’s always out of reach for fans on the West Coast.  NY Comic Con is your best bet! 

And this year, NY Comic Con is one of the few chances that fans on the East Coast gets to visit with Joseph in person as we’re limiting our conventions this year to focus on photoshoots.  So, come on by and say hello!

Heading off to Comic-con!

It is 7:30a.m. on Wednesday morning.  I just woke up and showered.  Our apartment is filled to the brim with STUFF as we prepare for Comic-con!

Joseph is already down in San Diego with piles of books and prints for sale.  David Windham is playing Transformers the Game in my living room while Tracy Cornett is just waking up.  We will be driving down in a couple of hours and I can’t describe how excited I am to be a part of all this.  Things are shaping up to be a wonderful weekend!

Wrapping Up Faerieworlds Festival

I feel sad.  As I type Joseph, Tracy Cornett, and David Windham are packing up their booths at Faerieworlds Festival.  The last announcements are being made by Robert Gould and Brian Froud.  The fairies are wandering off into the forest for another year. 

It sounded like everyone had a good time, and I wish I was there.

Tracy and Joseph will get on a plane tomorrow bright and early and be back in Los Angeles in time to prepare for Comic-con.  There is much to do to prepare still.  But, starting tomorrow, I will be able to help them and take part in the festivities.  Onward to Comic-con!
